About Us

Between mountains and lakes, Selma was born in 2019, and by the magic of things, we instantly transformed into parents. 

 

As binational & quadrilingual parents, living in a city where hundreds of nationalities live and coexist, we wondered how to transmit different perspectives of our world to help our daughter in her way of learning.

 

How to pass on our cultural heritage most respectfully and authentically? How to teach her philosophies of life from here and elsewhere? and how to instill in her pride and respect for who she is and for other beliefs ?

Children's books came as a revelation! No better than a good book for dreaming the world.

 

A book. Yes! Not just any ; a book where Africa is not only a savannah, or princesses all dressed in the same way, or children all having the same dreams and inspirations.

We, thus, launched our book's quest. Whether in Switzerland, Jordan, or deep in India ; wherever the book is ; we are looking for it.
